Based in Denmark, Sweden, or Germany, this role places you at the heart of our commercial strategy in Europe. You will leverage your deep experience in account management and business development to support and expand our client relationships across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Travel, and Retail. Your Impact:
As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most significant accounts, ensuring that we continue to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding results. You will:

Lead and Develop: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and Collinson’s offerings.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling of Collinson’s diverse portfolio of solutions.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead high-stakes negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes that align with both client needs and Collinson’s goals.

Crisis Management: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.
What You Bring:

Experience: Extensive of experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.

Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson’s business objectives.

Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.

Education: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable, along with a strong foundation in economics, statistics, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
