Minimum 2 years’ experience in Liability claims handling, Cert CII or equivalent preferred, Insurance claims handling experience required, Effective communication and client servicing skills, IT knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate complex liability claims management
- Ensure compliance with client and insurer requirements
- Develop and implement strategies for prevention of escalations
- Collaborate on financial reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships through effective communication
