Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Administration, Seven or more years of fundraising-related experience, Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French an asset, Organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects, Experience embedding diversity, inclusion, and belonging practices.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain individual and family foundation donors pipeline
- Conduct cultivation meetings, solicitation calls and stewardship activities
- Support financial and operational planning for Transformational Gifts
- Assist in hiring process and contribute to a One Red Cross approach
- Prepare the Society for fundraising during emergencies
