In support of our Central to Home Strategy, this role works collaboratively with Central’s Learning and Development Team to develop, coordinate, implement and administer new and existing compliance initiatives. The primary function of this position is to plan, set up, test, execute, and provide technical and functional support for mandatory training courses within Learning Central, our LMS currently powered by Docebo. This role reports to the Director of Learning & Development and is a critical member of the Learning & Development team within the HR function. This is a 100% remote role that may work from any location and any time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance
Administer mandatory courses and content, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
Oversee and maintain compliance training set-up, tracking, certifications, and automated reporting for Harassment Prevention; Ethics; Cybersecurity; Travel & Entertainment Policy; and other existing and future mandates.
Stay informed of regulatory, state and federal changes to ensure compliance courses and resources are current; ensure all compliance training assets meet internal, regulatory, state and federal requirements and standards.
Partner with internal communication team to plan and distribute messaging that delivers the right information and resources to ensure consistent messages, improve employee capability and enable HR partners and senior leaders to act as change accelerators for their respective business units.
LMS Administration
Serve as technical subject matter expert and “Super User” for Learning Central.
Act as liaison and LMS champion between users, management, content provider and vendor on LMS system issues and projects.
Conduct Learning Central 101 sessions for new LMS system users; prepare user guides and instructional videos.
Create new users from Dayforce, Jobvite, and other HR systems including non-integrated business units; regularly audit user data for accuracy.
Create power user profiles and conduct training for HR partners and stakeholders update and maintain power user permissions; schedule power user training as necessary for new power users.
Create and update documentation and electronic records; ensure data and systems integrity.
Import new course titles from LinkedIn Learning and the Docebo Content Marketplace that align with the Central Leadership Framework; set up and manage courses, learning plans, content and resources.
Work with HR partners to set up business-specific learning series, courses, and content; register attendees; automate completion certificates; and report on attendance.
Set up and automate groups, learner assignments, certifications and reporting in Learning Central.
Develop, update, and maintain BU-specific onboarding learning plans in partnership with relevant stakeholders; recommend and implement process improvements as needed.
Troubleshoot Learning Central errors and challenges; oversee Docebo help desk tickets through to resolution; recommend and implement process improvements as needed.
Design content pages for special programs (i.e. Mentoring Program, Leadership Programs, etc.); partner with L&D team to strategize and plan for future programs, courses, and content.
Optimize and drive usage through marketing campaigns, channels, badge programs, and gamification.
Supports the Learning Programs Specialist in the evaluation of learning programs by pulling reports, analyzing data, and telling the story of Central’s learning culture.
Attend monthly Release Readiness Webinars to track Docebo product updates and features.
Education Assistance & Training Inbox
Receives, records, and reconciles employee requests and questions.
Manage the Education Assistance program, including consulting with interested employees, liaising with HR partners to support employees’ educational goals, and approving applications and reimbursement requests.
Oversee the Central Training inbox by responding to user queries and HR/BU requests; troubleshoot and/or escalate technical errors to Docebo help desk for resolution.
Qualifications
Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas)
Extensive knowledge of LMS platforms, Docebo preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
