Job Title: Automation Specialist

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 40-80 hours per week (Project based)

Job Description:

We are seeking an Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Make.com or Zapier to set up automated data integrations for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integrating various platforms and tools to streamline data collection into a centralized Google Sheet. Your role will be critical in ensuring that data flows smoothly from multiple advertising and e-commerce platforms, allowing for efficient tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration Setup: Configure and maintain automated data integrations using Make.com or Zapier to pull data from the following platforms (Shopify, Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Google Sheets Integration: Ensure all data is accurately transferred and organized into a Google Sheet, with regular updates as per the defined schedule.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze current manual data processes and develop efficient automation workflows to save time and reduce errors.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor integrations for any issues, perform troubleshooting as needed, and make adjustments to workflows for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Documentation: Document all automation processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure they are well understood and can be maintained by others in the future.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements and ensure that the integrations meet the business needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in setting up complex automation workflows using Make.com or Zapier.
Strong understanding of the platforms mentioned (Shopify, Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and their data integration capabilities.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including functions, formulas, and data organization.
Ability to diagnose issues quickly and make necessary adjustments to automation processes.
High level of accuracy in managing and integrating data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
Familiarity with additional automation tools or data integration platforms.
Basic understanding of APIs and how they interact with automation tools
