Job Description

As a Salesforce Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced support and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd Level) for our Customer's Salesforce platform.

Working closely with the Salesforce development team and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce environment and deliver exceptional service to users.

Your Responsibilities


  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for complex issues and escalations related to the Salesforce platform
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including but not limited to configuration, customization, integration, and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain advanced Salesforce functionalities, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements
  • Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the environment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement


Our Requirements


  • At least 5 full years of previous Salesforce support/ development/ administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
