Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

The CPT Processing Team Leader role is responsible to the day to day leadership and performance of a team of professionals that ensures clients and branches are moved into transitions successfully. Focused on driving execution and implementing strategies and solutions aligned to firm, division, and team priorities. The Team Leader contributes to department strategy, supports department and firm processes, and serves as a subject matter expert for department to effectively manage the strategies and initiatives. This role works with other home office leaders, across divisions and departments, and field leadership to obtain necessary resources to meet departmental priorities and objectives.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $96471

Hiring Maximum: $164262

Skills/Requirements

  • Develop and execute team objectives and monitor team performance, in support of department and firm objectives. Lead the team through core work to inform, develop, and execute long term practice model strategies that support the firm's core strategies and meet client and branch team needs.
  • Lead a team of professionals within Branch Development Strategy and Operations discipline whose responsibilities include, among others:
    • Executing on a refresh of strategies related to domain expertise.
    • Building institutional knowledge, skills, and abilities on inclusive leadership and fostering an inclusive environment.
    • Driving the mindsets and behaviors of the organization forward on matters related to the domain area.
    • Providing proactive guidance on creating and refining CPT efforts across the division and firm.
    • Integrating new practice models into the firm's ongoing evolution and knowledge development into training, tools, coaching, and performance support. P
  • Provide feedback, coaching, training, and guidance to help develop associates to enhance current and future contributions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to inform, develop, and execute long term practice model strategies that support the firm's core strategies and meet client and branch team needs.
  • Contribute to CPT results through projects, program improvement, and execution of business plan objectives and measures.
  • Provide appropriate resources, support and direction to help associates meet the needs of the team and firm.
  • Facilitate strategic and project discussions as needed in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Represent department on division and firmwide committee and projects.
