Job description

Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in Judea and Samaria through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and optimization of teamwork in the following departments: HR, IT, Logistics, Accounting
  • Monitoring the timing and quality of task execution within departments
  • Control and adaptation of processes according to business and client requests
  • Manage internal processes by the business plan and overall strategic vision.
  • Collaboration with key members of the executive team to achieve operational and financial results.
  • Creation of measurement tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external processes.
  • Planning the growth and development of the team: making decisions on hiring new employees, developing performance metrics, improving the business process system, resolving conflict situations and making decisions on development vectors.
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Development and implementation of the company's reporting system, internal infrastructure and standards to ensure its growth and efficiency.
  • Automation, inventory and optimization of processes within the company
  • Data collection, verification and visualization

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Experience of work on COO position (3 years or more)
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Russian (from C1 and above)
  • Experience working in a company that sells only through digital channels
  • Managing a team of up to 60 people
