As an Account Manager, you will manage and scale our Biggest Businesses to grow their volumes and make their experience of working on the platform outstanding.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Manage and expand relationships with existing TOP providers and proactively identify new business opportunities while ensuring strong operational KPIs. </point>
  • <point>Ensure all campaign processes are in place at a city level and proactively improve overall monthly campaign performance. </point>
  • <point>Observe market-specific behavior to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and growth.</point>
  • <point>Creating account plans to grow volumes from existing clients. </point>
  • <point>Replying to client queries and solving their challenges. </point>
  • <point>Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded to prepare monthly reports from our accounts. </point>
  • <point>Work with both Partners' Operations and Sales Managers to ensure that every important provider that goes online on the platform meets our quality standards. </point>
  • <point>Renegotiate the contract's conditions such as commission and campaign plans with restaurants every month. </point>
  • <point>Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Restaurant Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Courier).</point>

  • <point>Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, sales, or customer support. </point>
  • <point>Affinity or experience within e-commerce, HoReCa, food tech, or other on-demand industries is a plus.</point>
  • <point>Proven track record of client success and consistently achieving metrics and revenue targets.</point>
  • <point>Good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making. </point>
  • <point>Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.</point>
  • <point>Be passionate about building relations with others and have a sales approach.</point>
  • <point>You are organized. You deliver on time & handle stress.</point>
  • <point>Be open to working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to changes.</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication & written skills in Ukrainian and communicative English.</point>
