Overview:

Job Title: Business Development / Sales Representative

OTE Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 / year (Depends on Experience: Commission, and then Base + Commission once quota is hit)

Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients through various sources, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals
  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business development and growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Track and report sales activities and results regularly
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required
  • Knowledge of the BPO / Virtual Assistant market is a plus
