Blended Process
Hiring candidates with Good Verbal and Written English communication skills.
Should have good understanding about handling customer queries
Experienced (BPO) candidates preferable.
Hiring only from Non-Metro Cities.
24*7 Rotational shift, 6 days working & any 1 rotational week off.
Age criteria upto 40 years.
Graduates and undergraduates both can apply.
Salary upto 2,53,000 PA.
Immediate Joining.
Should have own system with 10 MBPS Wifi speed

Exhibit a solid understanding of customer service protocols and procedures to ensure high satisfaction levels. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including working in rotational shifts and being available for six days a week with one rotational week off.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a BPO environment is highly preferred. Must be a resident of non-metro cities. Immediate joining is required, so candidates should be prepared for quick onboarding. Own a personal computer system with a minimum internet speed of 10 MBPS for optimal performance.
