Concentrix is hiring a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and serviceability of new software features and releases. Your tasks include developing test strategies, analyzing test requirements, creating and executing test cases, and performing various types of tests such as function, API, security, and compatibility tests.you should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in testing web or ERP software. Experience with Agile testing processes is preferred. You should possess knowledge of software engineering.

Job Description:
Responsible for participating in the execution of procedures for ensuring the quality and serviceability of new features and release of software.
Responsible for test strategy decision, making test plan, test requirement analysis, making and executing test case
Responsible for multi types of test, such as function test, API test, security test and compatibility test
Develop UI auto test script and performance test script.
Generate test reports , track the defect and drive the problem resolved, debug auto test script .
Make suggestions for software optimization, refine customers’ reasonable requirement, and assist product manager to form product development strategy. ;
Make decision of software delivery from quality viewpoint
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in testing web or ERP software. It’s better to have experience of Agile testing process
Knowledge of software engineering, have ability to design test plan and test case
Knowledge of at least one kind of automation framework ,ability to develop test script .
Be familiar with Jenkins, JMeter or any performance tool and Selenium.
Knowledge of one kind of develop language (preferably Python).
Good at communication, good teamwork ability;
Good at observation and analysis, able to take the initiative in technical research;
Knowledge of DB and sql.
