Job Title: Sales Manager, Consumable

Position Overview:

  • Responsible for developing business opportunities and driving sales for consumables in all regions of China based on sales strategies, presenting and promoting Epredia products and solutions, maintaining a strong understanding of customer technical requirements for existing and future group products, translating and communicating marketing collateral with emphasis into producing effective sales training, and strengthening the complete workflow selling concept.

What you will do:

  • The primary responsibility is to manage and drive key portfolio growth as well as potential domestic partnership exploration, understand and anticipate customers’ needs and strategically position services/solutions to generate leads for the field.

  • Enables the business and the market to capture specific customer insights and competitor strategies as inputs into services/solutions’ roadmap (features and economic benefits).

  • Will be working in close cooperation with regional commercial operations team and manufacturing team Drive business planning, in coordination with Sales operations, Sales Development, Finance team, etc.

  • Handle sales funnel using your initiative to identify business opportunities by taking a proactive, creative approach. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.

  • Develop local value proposition creations to ensure structured offer and a complete portfolio execution in the market. Identify sub-segments of customers in local market, and codify their needs, and tailor existing value proposition (if needed).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of sales / sales development experience on related industry preferred

  • Demonstrated key position skills to include; leadership, questioning and needs analysis, negotiation, motivation, communication, organization, and persuasion

  • Demonstrated “consultative selling skills” experience and large account management experience required

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers and large “Key Accounts” at all levels of an organization

  • Fluent English speakers both in Oral and written
