Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  2. Communication:

    • Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and other correspondences.
  3. Data Management:

    • Maintain and update databases and contact lists.
    • Organize and manage files, both digital and physical.
  4. Research:

    • Conduct internet research on various topics as assigned.
    • Summarize findings and present information in a clear format.
  5. Travel Coordination:

    • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies.
  6. Task Coordination:

    • Assist in coordinating tasks and projects.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  7. Customer Support:

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
    • Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant departments.
  8. Tech Savvy:

    • Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and office software.
    • Adapt to new technologies and tools as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
