Climate Collective Foundation, an Indian not-for-profit organisation, runs climate-focused startup support programs, including the largest early-stage Climate Tech accelerator in South Asia.  

Since 2016, Climate Collective Foundation (“CCF”) has been a leader in supporting Climate Tech startups in India & South Asia. It has now become the largest such private-sector platform in South Asia. Our activities to build up the ecosystem include:

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Email Campaign Management: 
    - Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. 
    - Segment email lists based on target demographics and behaviors. 
    - Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). 

  • Newsletter Creation: 
    - Develop and curate content for newsletters, ensuring relevance and value for the audience. 
    - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality newsletters. 
    - Optimize newsletters for maximum engagement and deliverability. 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 
    - Analyze email marketing performance data to identify trends and insights. 
    - Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness. 
    - Use A/B testing and other methods to continually optimize email marketing strategies. 

  • Strategy Development: 
    - Assist in the development of email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. 
    - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. 
    - Identify opportunities for automation and personalization to enhance user experience. 

  • Collaboration and Coordination: 
    - Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. 
    -Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and newsletter management. 
  • Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and CRM systems. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
