Job description

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is one of the fastest growing skilled trades staffing companies in the US. We are currently looking to add an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our successful sales team! Top performers are high earners.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management.
  • Cultivating relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity.
  • Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years blue collar (staffing outside sales) experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent follow-up and hyper-responsive
  • Ability to work remote and in the field
