Job description

Designation: Software Sales Trainee - Global
Location: Mohali (WFO), Philippines, Turkey, Egypt, MENAT Region, Kashmir & Union Territory of Ladakh, India. 

We're seeking ambitious college graduates to join our dynamic software sales team as Software Sales Trainee for our global customer base across regions. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our company by converting leads provided by the company into sales for our innovative software solutions. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your sales career, gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Convert provided leads into sales to meet targets and boost revenue.
  • Research the market to understand customer needs and industry trends, helping us position our software effectively.
  • Give persuasive sales presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of our software.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to create tailored proposals for clients.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting pricing guidelines and sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our software's value.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to improve your sales skills and stay informed about the market.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (good to have).
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
