Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists, databases, or leads.
2. Effectively communicate with prospects to understand their needs and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify decision-makers.
4. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring accurate record-keeping of scheduled appointments.
5. Utilize CRM software to track lead information, update records, and manage appointments efficiently.
6. Follow up with prospects via phone or email to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
8. Provide regular reports on appointment setting activities, including call volume, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or appointment setting.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition and overcome objections.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
6. High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and colleagues.
7. Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
