Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT


Summary:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products or services, and scheduling appointments or sales follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset to engage and convert prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to a list of potential clients to introduce the company's products or services

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research and build new relationships over the phone

  • Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential customers and handle objections confidently

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team with interested prospects

  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads, nurturing relationships to increase the likelihood of conversion

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts and contribute to overall sales strategies

  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound call targets and KPI metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence

  • Strong ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients

  • Resilient and capable of handling rejections while staying motivated

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking software, or similar technology is a plus

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure

  • A self-starter who is target-driven and determined to meet sales goals

  • Flexibility in working hours based on time zones of target markets

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
