About the Corporate Communications Department & Community Impact Associate Manager Role

Salary Range: $93,800 to $110,400 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities


  • Assist with researching and vetting partners who are best suited to advance our Serving up Good strategy globally and at the market level.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders on Serving up Good governance, including budget management; sharing best practices, processes, guide materials, and tools; and testing and automating new infrastructure or systems as needed.
  • Track program performance, and coach partners on how to track program performance, of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Serving up Good efforts, including volunteerism, donations, disaster relief, and Yum!’s broader Good Growth strategy focused on people, food, and the planet.
  • Collaborate with the Yum! and brand communications teams to develop and execute communication strategies and stories surrounding Serving up Good.
  • Aid in the development of presentations and reports to summarize details and results – impact and ROI – of programs.


Knowledge And Skills Required


  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Nonprofit Management, or Project Management preferred + 5-7 years experience in nonprofit or Foundation administration, communications or marketing; on-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Exceptional, proven communications background with exemplary writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation creation capability.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience creating metrics and measurements for programs and communications.
  • Excellent relational skills with the ability to interface with all levels of leadership.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with a bias towards action and proactive partnership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Must be able to handle delicate information with discretion.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in non-profit or social purpose-specific work and/or clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to establish and foster solid relationships with diverse groups and create and maintain sound,remote networks.
