Job Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a ServiceNow Practice Director to join our national Automation Consulting team. While our headquarters is located in St. Louis, MO, this position is remote with some client travel as needed, and can be based anywhere within the United States.

As a ServiceNow Director at Perficient, you will play a crucial role on the leadership team of our digital consultancy practice. You will collaborate with the sales team, industry partners, and subject matter experts to deliver and expand digital solutions that transform how our clients connect with their customers and grow their businesses. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to drive results and financial performance. Responsibilities

Specifics of this position may include:

  • Growth Mindset / Sales Partnership: Drive company growth through collaboration with the sales team and practice SMEs. Engage in all aspects of sales including opportunity identification, solution ideation, as well as quality proposal creation and presentation.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to understand needs and identify further opportunities for client growth and to drive value within their organizations.
  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery of strategic programs and projects. Results measured in project profitability, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Vision: Provide strategic thought leadership to develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance value to our clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights with internal teams and contribute to thought leadership content.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a team of consultants, project managers, and architects. Challenge, champion and celebrate our People. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage the technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements. Cultivate highly functioning teams comprised of Perficient and client resources, the ability to effectively manage the engagement while recognizing and leveraging the expertise of the different resources and the importance of their contributions is critical.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience (typically 10+ years) in IT Leadership or IT Consulting.
  • 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.
  • Familiar with HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, OTM & other industry-specific solutions.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, including workflows and integrations.
  • Skilled in business case preparation, value realization & articulation.
  • Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods, and tools including validating the solution with cross-technology SMEs as applicable.
  • Communicate how the engagement impacts risks, business objectives, and quality goals to guide the work of others.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.
  • ServiceNow certifications and pre-sales accreditations are nice to have.
  • Ability to mentor and build teams, as well as drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate highly functioning teams comprised of Perficient and client resources; the ability to effectively manage the engagement while recognizing and leveraging the expertise of the different resources and the importance of their contributions is critical.
  • Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams.
  • Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases communicating client-specific value propositions and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision-makers, including detailed technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments, and third-party integrations.
  • Key participant in the business development process.
  • Develop overall estimates of the effort / resource requirements / schedule.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with recruiting, people management, and performance discussions.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
