Your missions

We have developed a programme to combat the reoffending problem but urgently need a fundraiser to join our team.

What difference will you make?

Your suggestions will be extremely helpful in directing and getting the funds required to accomplish the vision and goals of the charity. They will also help to increase the organization's visibility, which will foster goodwill among sponsors and the local community. ensuring the charities operate efficiently and effectively. We can improve the organisation, systems, and effectiveness with your help, which will enable us to put them into practice. This will then put us in a good position to investigate development and progression options. We can help make the neighbourhood safer by assisting more people in making positive changes in their lives. Your participation is crucial to attaining these objectives.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who have A passion for fundraising for small but growing charities Able to work flexibly on your own and as part of a small team with enthusiasm and commitment Good initiative and ability to work with little direct supervision but will ask when help is needed Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a diverse range of individuals, supporters, donors and volunteers Excellent organisational skills, with experience in proactive planning, managing deadlines and prioritising effectively Ability to write compelling, warm and engaging content Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies Experience in writing funding proposals and working in fundraising would be an advantage Experience in successfully motivating and inspiring a range of donors/supporters Knowledge of corporate fundraising techniques, sponsorship, donations, and marketing would be an advantage An ability to present to and engage potential partners/sponsors in a compelling way Maintaining strict confidentiality A commitment to the objectives and core values of the charity.

What will you be doing?

The funding will be to deliver our life-changing programme in our accommodation and also in the community by supporting these men from prison or who may be on their way there, we are helping to change their lifestyles and keep the families unit together. We provide accommodation with floating support in the form of coaching, mentoring and counselling for men returning from prison that is relevant, practical and inspiring in our homes or theirs in the community. Our service is designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools, tips and strategies to want and make the required changes and form new habits which ensure they live an independent legal lifestyle. To achieve this objective, our newly formed charity urgently seeks a small team of individuals with skills and enthusiasm to create fresh and imaginative fundraising ideas and manage the execution of the initiatives.
