About Our Client

Our client is a holding company listed on the SET, focused on inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions to double its business size within a few years.

Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee internal audits and manage external auditor relationships.
  • Develop and monitor control systems for financial integrity.
  • Manage finance and accounting teams
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems..
  • Analyze financial impacts of business operations and opportunities.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for short-term and long-term growth.
  • Report to the CEO and update the board of directors.
  • Act as the main contact for investors, banks, and financial institutions.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a listed company, ideally within a holding or investment vehicle company.
  • Strong audit background, with or without Big 4 experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of working long hours and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
