Program Director, Hospitality Consulting

Location: East Coast, USA

Travel: Up to 25%

Join Oracle Consulting for Industries Business Unit as a Program Director to leverage technology, value-added processes, and tools for project portfolio management, resource management, best practices, process analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all project deliveries for one or more nominated accounts within the Consulting Program portfolio.
  • Support Project Managers in planning and consistently delivering managed services projects on time and within budget.
  • Design, implement, and educate on standard Program Management processes aligned with Consulting scope.
  • Standardize reporting and business processes aligned with Consulting Initiatives.
  • Provide program leadership throughout all project lifecycle phases.
  • Identify resource needs and communicate personnel requests.
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve project issues internally and with customers.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Operations to ensure successful transition from delivery to day-two operations.
  • Continuously enhance customer satisfaction, delivery times, and service levels while reducing costs.
  • Excel in planning, execution, and communication.
  • Foster an environment conducive to innovation, high productivity, quality, and customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or computer-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leading project management organization.
  • Successfully managed and led complex, global programs.
  • Broad technical knowledge encompassing Datacenter technologies including hardware and design.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise project management tools.
  • Ability to drive and manage customer initiatives forward.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with business stakeholders and vice versa, translating complex concepts into plain language for broader audiences.
  • Exceptional communicator adept at presenting to business and technical executives in public and online settings.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results within a matrix business environment through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Upholds high standards in customer and peer interactions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages Program deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 - $141,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
