Job Description

We are on a journey to build a set of next gen data analytics dashboards that would enable effective decision making for our Talent advisors and Talent Advisory Management. You will help create a data-led culture that will put effective decision making at the forefront and transform the way our Talent acquisition organization operates. We are fusing amazing visualization and UX with innovative technologies leveraging Visualization tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.

You will be working with multiple teams across Oracle Talent Acquisition organization, supporting end to end data analytics and reporting needs, understanding the business and providing valuable insights to drive the business and strategies.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Create interactive dashboards in BI platform with powerful and user focused visualization.
  • Review, process, and validate the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the Talent acquisition organization understanding the business requirements and objectives.
  • Work with all candidate/ employee database by using scientific methods, processes, systems to extract knowledge and insights from many structured and unstructured data.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on the data analysis and models built to the leadership team and tell the story using data visualization.
  • Build a comprehensive framework on Predictive modelling techniques and be able to present the data insights using data visualization


Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical & statistical skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools – Oracle BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI etc.
  • Knowledge of Programming languages ���������������������������SQL, Python etc.
  • Data modelling.
  • Strong Business Acumen and communication skills.
  • Strong Data Intuition.
  • Proven experience with client and customer engagement.
  • Machine Learning, AI experience (plus).


Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dashboard/view design, coding, testing, review, and implementation using OBIEE and OAC.
  • Ability to write robust code in SQL
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data in order to compare actual key performance indicator performance to business goals.
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications
  • Perform data queries for analysis by understanding data structures and answering data-related inquiries from users.
  • Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Must have 2+ years of experience using OBIEE / OAC (or equivalent BI tool)
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role (plus)
