The Role:

StudioXAG is looking for a Senior Account Manager to work closely with the Founders and Senior Team to help grow our existing client accounts and deliver works that Wow’s our clients, teams and the industry.

StudioXAG is growing and we have a client list that would be the envy of anyone who works, or has an interest in, luxury fashion and retail. Clients continually come back to us, but as we grow and our client base grows, we need a more consistent way of managing and developing relationships. This is not a hardcore sales role, it is about relationship building.

This is a new dedicated role at StudioXAG and, in the first instance, you will be working on some of our most strategic as we build out this function to provide the same service to all our clients.

Who exactly are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly personable and commercial individual, who can develop and manage relationships at all levels. You will:  

  • Be a people person that can operate at different levels
  • Be comfortable talking to people and facilitating face-to-face meetings
  • Has an understanding of the luxury fashion and retail space
  • Is able to roll with the punches - not everything will go our way but you are used to getting back up and giving it another go
  • Be a true team player who can work across different functions, seeking out relevant information
  • Take initiative and be proactive in your day to day activity
  • Think strategically about relationships and our client relationships

Requirements

Ideal Experience: 
  • You will have 6 years plus working in an agency environment
  • You don’t have to have worked in exactly our industry before, but if you haven’t, a strong personal interest in fashion will be highly advantageous
  • Experience working in an agency environment working alongside and developing large well known client accounts is a must
  • With some support, you will be able to create and execute on a strategy to develop client accounts
  • You will be comfortable dealing with clients 
  • A good understanding of project budgeting and working towards targets is important
  • You will be familiar with using a CRM system

Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and lead initiatives to grow key accounts 
  • Nurture our key relationships, but develop a good understanding of the client's business and be proactive in engaging in opportunities 
  • Develop new contacts within existing client organisations
  • Be the point of contact for new opportunities
  • Respond to briefs and help to create proposals
  • Taking part in pitches
  • Helping to create and develop budgets and more creative commercial relationships
  • Manage elements of our CRM
  • Work closely with marketing to develop content that will be useful for our clients and position StudioXAG in a strategic way
  • You will work with various team members across StudioXAG to take an holistic approach on how we develop clients accounts

Location:

We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our East London studio in E10 and 2 flexible days. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
