Title: Knowledge Management Specialist
Location: REMOTE

Responsibilities: As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Providing insights into best practices for leveraging knowledge bases effectively.
Transforming various subject-related materials, including recordings, presentations, training materials, emails, and conversations with SMEs, into a cohesive knowledge base using Confluence and/or Sharepoint.
Managing content and supporting knowledge bases with at least 3 years of expertise.
Developing and delivering training materials, converting knowledge base content into actionable learning material.
Collaborating with Enterprise Data Catalog tools, with preference given to those with Collibra experience.
Serving a business analyst function by writing technical and business requirements.
Adapting to changes in responsibilities with a progressive approach to identifying opportunities to add value.
Demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working independently and effectively communicating periodic updates on progress.
Applying problem-solving skills to overcome day-to-day challenges.
Qualifications:
• Combination of experience or education in knowledge management practices and procedures.
• At least 3 years of expertise in managing content in Confluence and/or Sharepoint and supporting knowledge bases.
• Atlassian Certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with the real estate market and working knowledge of related concepts, such as mortgages, property listings, appraisals, liens, deeds, and other real estate documents and data.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Data Catalog tools; Collibra experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities.
• Proven experience in a business analyst function, writing technical and business requirements.
