The Brand Transition program executes in two phases with a program manager to cross-functionally track the execution across all SKUs x all countries x all functions.
With Phase 1 labelling executing to schedule, the current PM contract will be terminated.
The approved headcount will be repurposed to fully focus on N. America. N. America SKU planning has been delayed 30-60 days and requires significant schedule.
Compression to achieve our committed end dates to achieve manufacturing of 95 N. America SKUs during FY25.
This resource will bring experience with brand transition programs, run cross-functional weekly meetings, track issues to resolution, and contribute to the weekly scorecard.
Worker must have current or very recent experience in working in a large scale of Brand Management.
Work History Background MUST be in Life Sciences and MEDICAL DEVICE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE or a regulated industry. (Please identify in recruiter notes submission field the employers that qualify in Medical Device OR Regulated).
Background MUST have experience in Manufacturing background / environment.
Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.
Must demonstrate and hold STRONG communication and presentation skills. Expert in various excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft products.
Worker must hold a positive, engaging and team-driven demeanour.
Must be polished and confident in making decisions and taking the reins on projects. But will genuinely pause and listen to other's ideas and thoughts. Ultimately, have the ability to be influential and lead others in navigated collaboration to get projects across the finish line. (*This worker needs to thrive without being hand-held).
Worker will be responsible to run Weekly meetings and be accountable to provide updates.
Worker must retrieve updates from others if information is missing prior to call.
Worker must be a "go-getter " / "encourager ".
Must have 7-11 years of experience in Medical Device/Regulated Industry working in the Brand Management realm.
