Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our use of Monday.com, integrating it with other business systems, and ensuring that our technology stack aligns with our business goals. You will be at the intersection of business processes and technology, working closely with various teams to understand their needs, design solutions, and improve our overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization with Monday.com: Utilize Monday.com to manage and optimize business processes, identifying key areas where automation can enhance efficiency.
• Solution Design: Design and propose automation solutions, including software tools, to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of automation tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and minimal disruption.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of automated systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff on new automated systems and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor automated processes, making adjustments and updates as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure that automation strategies align with overall business goals.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of automated systems and generate regular reports on their performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience developing advanced systems & automations in Monday.com
• Experience in process analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation software and tools like Zapier
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
