Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers. This role provides critical support through efficient project and client management with strong communication skills. This role reports to our Account Manager. The salary range for this position is $36,000 – $60,000.
Account Manager
You have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior. You relish the opportunity to learn by doing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have experience with marketing campaigns and understand what excellent customer service entails.
The Account Manager is part of a cross-functional team of performance marketers and is responsible for driving client success in online marketing programs that include some combination of paid media campaigns, website and landing page projects, and data analytics projects. To do this, the Account Manager must be able to establish effective communications and strong relationships with external and internal teams, while using analytical skills and creative problem-solving to proactively solve complex online marketing problems and exceed client objectives. The salary range for this position is $60k - $80K.
Media Analyst
You enjoy hands-on learning experiences and excel in dynamic work environments. You are passionate about digital technologies and various digital marketing platforms.
The Media Analyst will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers and will contribute to the strategic and tactical online media analysis, buying and planning for the agency's clients. Media performance is core to our company's data-driven philosophy, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. This role reports to our Media Manager. The Salary range for this position is $36k-$60k.
Paid Media Manager
You are inspired to create and optimize campaigns to generate leads and drive sales for our clients. You demonstrate expertise in paid media buying across channels like search/GLSA, social, programmatic display, and OTT, and have experience purchasing leads through third-party affiliates.
The Paid Media Manager will be part of a cross-functional team of performance marketers and will contribute to strategic and tactical online media buying and planning for their assigned clients. The successful candidate will own media performance while leading media analysts toward the business objectives. This role reports to a Cross-Functional Digital Marketing Team Lead. The salary range for this position is $60k - $80K.
Creative Director
You possess a passion for creative excellence and have a deep understanding of performance marketing. You enjoy leading and inspiring a team of talented creatives and employing a design thinking approach to drive the best possible results for clients. You have a proven track record of developing high-performing creative campaigns and strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive measurable results. The Creative Director will be a strategic partner to both internal and external clients. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of the marketing landscapes. The salary range for this position is $85k–$100k.
