Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact and leading a dynamic team? National 360 invites you to join our vibrant Bendigo team as an Occupational Therapist Supervisor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

With at least 2 years of experience, preferably with some NDIS background, you’ll work primarily with NDIS clients in community settings. The role includes a generalist caseload involving ongoing therapy, functional capacity assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology, with opportunities to tailor your work to your interests.

In addition to managing your own clinical caseload, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support through mentoring.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • You have current AHPRA Registration (or pending)
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending)
  • You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
