The Head of Sales for We Insure is a key leadership position that will be responsible for the overall growth strategy for the organization.  They will be responsible for growth of premium and increasing new business across our We Insure Franchise network, as well as within our National Sales Center team. This leader will execute strategy focused on achievement of sales targets, inspiring growth and increasing efficiency and satisfaction for our customer base.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand We Insure's franchise network, targeting both existing and new territories based on market potential and competitive positioning.

  • Develop strategies to increase insurance premiums across the franchise network through targeted sales initiatives and customer retention programs.  Collaborate with franchise owners to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products, optimizing revenue streams.

  • Oversee and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and social media efforts for the We Insure Franchise network.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to franchise owners, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve growth targets in their respective territories.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the National Sales Center team, fostering a high-performance culture that motivates and inspires producers while nurturing a supportive and positive team environment.

  • Develop and implement clear performance expectations and metrics, regularly monitor and evaluate producer performance and drive producer growth.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.

  • Stay informed and communicate with sales team on carrier appetites and carrier updates.

  • Must have proven reliability and dependability

Education and/or Experience:

  • Personal Lines insurance license required

  • 10 + years sales experience

  • 5 + years experience leading a sales function within the P&C Industry

  • Built or lead a P&C insurance agency or team of producers

  • Experience working in various raters and agency management systems – Experience in Applied Epic preferred

  • Experience working in Word, Excel, and SharePoint

  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of service experience met

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a hybrid office environment.

  • This job requires 50% travel
