A Day in The Life:

BeMo has an immediate need for an experienced, top caliber Sales Director to develop and monitor strategies for successful execution of inbound sales. The Sales Director will propel our team forward to continue our exponential growth and scaling the business revenue by 10X.

 

What you will do:

  • Increase conversion rate, AOV and call volume per sales person to lead 10X increase in sales revenue within a mutually agreed upon time frame.
  • Monitor and train our sales manager.
  • Create systems and direct execution of such systems for efficient sales call process and lead scoring and lead tracking.
  • Create automated and efficient follow up phone, text and email sequences to increase conversion rates.
  • Create efficient process to hire and quickly train new sales team members.
  • Help with hiring of new team members for the sales team.
  • Direct and monitor execution of quarterly KPIs.
  • Attend weekly managerial meetings.

 

We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, specializing in inbound sales calls.
  • Can demonstrate success in leading inbound sales teams, scaling from 10+ sales staff to 100+ members.
  • Have a proven track record of increasing sales revenue from 8 to 9+ figures.
  • Are available for a part-time role, committing 8 to 10 hours per week.
  • Have extensive experience using CRM systems to track leads, monitor calls, and oversee sales activities.
  • Are an expert in inbound sales, call conversion optimization, lead tracking, sales forecasting, and call analytics, with a deep understanding of the customer journey from start to finish.
