Disposition Specialist- Base Salary - Work from home

Offer Express is a real estate solution company that purchases homes all over the United States. We are growing rapidly and looking for new, dynamic salespeople to join our team!

We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and being part of a hard-working team.

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

We have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help sell these properties to investors!

Responsibilities

· Work with Buyers, Investors, Agents, and Title Companies to Get Our Properties Sold

· Manage Marketing Text Blasts, Email Blast, and text communication with buyers

· Speak with investors and convey property info with the goal of selling the property.

** This position is 99% phone based.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2-year previous Real Estate Disposition experience

· Work well under pressure

· Must feel comfortable speaking with people

· Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer

· Prior experience Disposition, negotiations, & Contracts

· Must love people and love fun!

Benefits

Pay: $30,000 Per year PLUS 2% commissions on all deals.
