Job Position : Outbound Sales Representative
Location:
Remote (CST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST ( need coverage and staggered schedules)

Job Description:

Base pay is $400 per month with an additional $20 per appointment set. Bonuses are awarded after setting 30 appointments per month.

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for sales? We're seeking a talented Outbound Sales Representative to join our global team. As an integral part of our sales force, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to cold call lists, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to cold call lists with confidence and professionalism.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Think critically and adapt within reason to address questions or objections from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
  • Proficiency in using dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or similar tools.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
