Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Develop new features and keep up with current features for the products of the company

·        Provide the customer success team with assistance for technical inquiries

·        Identify and suggest key areas of improvement throughout our systems

·        Support new and existing developments

Requirements

·        At least 4 years of commercial experience in a .NET environment

·        Deep and thorough knowledge of, and development experience with, Microsoft technologies including but not limited to .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core), MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework, and Windows Console/Service Applications

·        Experience developing with the React front-end framework

·        Proven and demonstrable knowledge of SQL and database design

·        Knowledge and experience with other web languages and technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

·        Proven experience in designing and consuming Web APIs

·        Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

·        Ability to solve complex tasks under pressure.

·        In-depth understanding of clean code practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles

·        Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences and confidently collaborate with professionals at different levels

·        A keen eye for detail and strong attention to detail

·        Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

·        Strong organizational skills

 

 Advantageous Skills/Experience:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related fields

·        Experience working within an international team across different time zones.

·        Experience of other front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, Blazor, etc)

·        Experience of using front end CSS frameworks such as Tailwind

·        Exposure to agile software development, including use of JIRA for defects and incidents

·        Worked in or have knowledge of the Recruitment / Finance / Payroll / Accounting sector

·        Ability to solve problems unassisted but also know when you need to ask questions
