Position Overview:

As an outside sales representative at ATI Solutions, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the staffing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients within our service industries, focusing on delivering staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for clients to our account management team.
  • Cross-Selling: Leverage relationships with existing clients to introduce and sell additional staffing services, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently work with provided leads, developing strategies to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Opportunity Identification: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to expand ATI Solutions' market presence.
  • Industry Growth: Help ATI Solutions grow by exploring and penetrating new sectors, including manufacturing and warehousing, and developing tailored staffing solutions for these industries.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Self-Management: Set and manage your own schedule, plan your sales activities, and ensure that targets are met consistently.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes, using the company’s CRM system to track progress and opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the staffing industry including key players, trends, and hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales and building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of driving and working on a computer.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This position is based in Austin, TX, with nationwide travel required as needed to meet business goals and client needs.
