You will play a vital role in driving our company’s sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that effectively showcase the value of the iHire Talent Acquisition Platform.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals directly to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, tradeshow events, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and other reporting sources, documenting sales activity, detailed client interactions, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision makers and target companies within specific industries.
  • Follow a defined sales process while also remaining adaptable to the needs of the company and clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Success and Marketing, to ensure a superior client experience in forms of marketing resources, the transition from sales to customer success, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations through web conferencing and effectively articulate how iHire’s solutions can solve clients’ hiring challenges and improve their talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position iHire as the premier Talent Acquisition solution.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests to maintain strong client satisfaction.
  • Represent iHire at conferences when needed – typically twice a year – including virtual and/or in-person conferences.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience and track record of success in a B2B SaaS sales role generating new business with annual contract values of $5,000+ preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or work experience in lieu of education.
  • HRTech and/or Talent Acquisition experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and phone skills, with the ability to tailor messages to address clients’ needs, diagnose pain points, and prescribe the best solutions to achieve client success.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations via web conferencing that includes PowerPoint presentations, product demonstrations, and in-person presentations.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams regarding new strategy development and finding/testing innovative solutions to improve sales team performance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Gong, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo) to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales data.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to industry conferences, client meetings, or internal company meetings.
