Job description

What application/solution are using for AD/authentication? Current is using LDAP NAM(NetIQ Access Manager) for Hybrid AD Authentication

May I know the actual size of the data which needs to be migrated? Approximately 3 GB

Is there any workflow we need to work on? Current no workflow, just simple file upload with version control and role permission control

Does the scope of work and content as same as the Site for China? Yes, similar UI layout / structure with different content for China

How many pages/departmental pages you need to create for both China and HK site? Around 100 pages for HK site, 50 pages for China site

Please confirm the total number of intranet site we need to work on is 2. Yes, 1 for HK (HKPC + FLAIR) and 1 for China (WFOE).

Regarding item 2e - Access to internal systems via shortcut URLs, it's crucial to note the following authentication methods in use across our internal systems:

· SAML : Utilized by 16 systems
· Form-fill / Identity Injection : Utilized by 3 systems
· M365 authentication : Utilized by 1 system
