Senior Algorithm Developer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Algorithm Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced algorithmic models, using modern machine learning tools such as transformer models
• Overseeing the entire lifecycle from data preprocessing to production deployment.
• Work closely with the food tech lab, sensory, and software teams to integrate algorithmic solutions seamlessly into applications.
• Ensure efficiency and scalability, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP for scalable and robust ML ops.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, research methodologies, and model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and apply relevant findings to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our projects.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a researcher in advanced algorithmic methods with focus on Deep Learning .
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with transformer models and their applications in Large Language Models (LLM) and similar contexts.
• Proven experience in taking algorithms from research to production, including deployment and maintenance.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in training and fine-tuning AI models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of RAG technology is a major advantage.
• Experience as a tech lead is an advantage.
• Publications or contributions to the AI community.
• PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI deployment.
