Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in understanding and configuring HR / Success factors modules
Prior experience in the construction industry
Prior experience in conducting workshopsgathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the system to meet client needs
Implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management
Nice to Have:
Master's degree in Human Resources, computer science, or a related field.
