Job description

Research Analyst - Executive Search - Graduate

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home and Office)

We are seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual to join a niche executive search firm  as a Recruitment Analyst, with a clear path to move into a Team Leader role. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are highly valued and where you will have direct exposure to senior leadership. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to your professional growth.

Company:

A top executive search firm specialising in placing high-level leaders in sectors like private equity, financial services, and corporate organisations. They focus on understanding client needs and delivering customised solutions, ensuring they find and secure the best executives to drive business success. Known for their thorough search process and extensive network, they are committed to quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you'll help expand our Board Practice by assisting with business development meetings, working on executive search projects, and enhancing our data and insights. You'll prepare company insights for pitch meetings, conduct research for executive searches, create target lists, and identify candidates. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering high-quality service to both our clients and candidates.
  • Data Management & CRM Optimization: Take charge of our CRM system by organizing, maintaining, and optimising data. You will enjoy delving into data to create meaningful insights that will drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on recruitment trends, C-level candidates, and industry developments. Pull together detailed reports and insights for the team and our clients.
  • Psychometric Testing Integration: Ideally, you will have an interest or background in psychology, as you will play a key role in integrating psychometric testing into our recruitment process. Your understanding of human behaviour and personality will be crucial in this area.
  • Strategic Thinking: Leverage your academic background and critical thinking skills to analyse complex information and develop strategic recommendations that align with our business goals.
  • Leadership Development: With a clear path to becoming a Team Leader, you will receive extensive training and mentorship. You will gradually take on more responsibility, leading projects and eventually a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Ideally have a first-class university degree, preferably in psychology, human resources, or a related field. Strong A-levels are also essential.
  • Critical Thinker: You must be able to think strategically and analytically, pulling together information from various sources to create cohesive reports and strategies.
  • Interest in Recruitment: A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition is a must. You should be genuinely excited about the prospect of helping clients find top C-level talent.
  • Data-Driven: A love for working with data, with a strong ability to generate insights, track progress, and optimize processes.
  • Personality Traits: Trustworthy, flexible, open to feedback, and eager to learn. You should thrive in ambiguity and be highly motivated to achieve success.
  • Culture Fit: We are looking for a cultural addition to our team someone who is driven, intelligent, and confident, yet also humble and coachable.

What They Offer:

  • Exposure to Senior Leadership: Regular interaction with our experienced leadership team who will mentor you and help shape your career.
  • Professional Development: Continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and prepare you for a leadership role.
  • Dynamic Team Environment: Work with a passionate, collaborative, and supportive team that values your input and growth.
  • Career Progression: A clear pathway to becoming a Team Leader, with opportunities to shape the future of the company.
  • Flexible Working: Enjoy a hybrid working model that allows you to work both from home and in the office.

If you are a driven, intelligent, and strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and data, and you're looking for a career, not just a job, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to be a part of something truly special.

Salary: £30k-£40k+ (based on experience)
