- Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze project requirements
- Solicit subcontractor bids, maintain cost database, interface with stakeholders
- Attend pre-bid site walks, determine scopes of work, review bid materials
- Prepare and present cost estimates, support project managers, report project status
