In the Role

We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer with experience in both teaching and UI/UX Design to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with external, contracted Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create our UI/UX Design program and then maintain the curriculum.

What you will do:

Create and edit educational materials (e.g. written text, runnable code examples, auto-graded coding tasks, assessment questions, and real-world projects) based on student feedback, bug reports, and changes in the job market reported by our career team.
Collaborate with content designers and illustrators to bring the curriculum to life through story-telling images, clarifying diagrams, and engaging interactives.
Ensure all written content meets internal content quality standards and aligns with learning objectives.
Coordinate curriculum updates with project reviewers and tutors who support students as they work through the curriculum.

Requirements:

Experience in teaching and/or creating educational content.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts.
Proficiency in Figma and front-end technologies.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, reviewers, and tutors.

prefered Experience

Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
Professional experience in UX Research, Product Design, or similar roles.
