We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the architectural, design, and construction industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our business development efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in designated regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging customer needs to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals to generate leads and secure projects.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape.
  • Represent the client at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, product innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management roles within the architectural, design, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the architectural and design process, including knowledge of trends, materials, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
