Job description

MIRA-Search is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Developing and presenting proposals that effectively communicate MIRA-Search’s value proposition.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance to the management team.
  • Participating in networking events and industry conferences to represent MIRA-Search and generate leads.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the marketing or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
