If you are, we encourage you to apply to our Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst position. In this role, you’ll  focus on analyzing sales performance data to drives sales strategy, performance, and process improvements. You will also test, coordinate incentive programs to ensure consistent alignment to business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (including Sales Leadership, Finance, Human Capital, Legal) to develop and maintain effective incentive compensation programs.

  • Develop and design sales compensation plans, including commission structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes, that align with business objectives and drive sales performance

  • Administer and manage sales compensation programs, ensuring timely and accurate calculations of commissions, bonuses and other incentives through incentive software, Xactly.

  • Analyze compensation trends and benchmarks to recommend competitive and effective compensation programs.

  • Perform detailed analysis of sales performance metrics, compensation program effectiveness, and return on investment to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Work closely with sales leaders and managers to understand compensation needs, gather feedback, and provide support for compensation-related matters.

  • Ensure effective education and communication of compensation plans, changes, and updates to sales team members ensuring transparency and understanding of the compensation structure and payouts.

  • Ensure all compensation plans and practices align with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Manage projects related to compensation program design, implementation, and improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 + years of proven experience in sales compensation, with a strong background in crafting and managing incentive compensation programs
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and/or Xactly strongly preferred
  •  Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
  • Exhibits outstanding analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present meaningful data sets with precision and thoroughness.
  • Capable of critically evaluating data to derive important, actionable insights.
  • Adept at report writing and communicating findings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$94,500.00 - $119,500.00
