The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From on-boarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that's people-centric and value-adding. We're looking for a People Specialist to provide the greatest support to our employees. Someone who'll ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of best practise with compensation and benefits issues. A professional who'll keep the employment life cycle at Revolut running smoothly and happily. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and support others to do the same 🌱

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies

  • Ensuring global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects and initiatives that shape our employee experience and market positioning

  • Leveraging knowledge on market practise and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues

  • Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submissions, bonus calculations, and salary reviews

  • Reviewing and update compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositories

  • Acting as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries, providing swift, accurate support to employees and business partners worldwide

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of relative corporate experience in Rewards or HR

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills

  • The ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation

  • A collaborative attitude and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients

  • Exceptional planning and project management skills

  • Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • The ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up, financial services, or the tech industry

  • Experience working on an multicultural and international team

  • Working knowledge of local, regional and global employment law and HR practices
