Bachelor's Degree in computer science, HR, IT, or Business, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday compensation module, including configuration experience, 5+ years of general HRIS experience, Experience in Workday - HCM, Report Writer, EIBs, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key responsabilities:
- Design, test, and deploy solutions for Workday HR Modules
- Collaborate with compensation team to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Manage Workday upgrade, changes, security roles, and optimize processes
- Support project teams on implementation and optimization projects
- Troubleshoot and integrate new companies from a technology standpoint
