 Job Summary- RafterOne is searching for a savvy, self-motivated People and Culture Specialist.  The People & Culture Specialist - Specializing in India Benefits will play a key role in managing and optimizing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with India-specific policies, and providing administrative support. This position involves working closely with employees, vendors, and the payroll team to ensure efficient handling of employee benefits such as health insurance, employee gifting, and other related benefits. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, from invoice processing to vendor management and back-office support. As a crucial member of the People & Culture team, you will also support office administration and facilitate effective communication across departments. 


  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1. India Benefits Administration:

- Oversee employee benefits, including medical/health insurance.

- Manage the addition and deletion of employees from benefit plans.

- Monitor and verify India-specific employee policies and correspondence.

- Ensure all employee benefits and gifting programs are executed efficiently.

- Provide back-office support related to benefits, including addressing any queries.

2. Office Administration:

- Maintain office operations, ensuring office supplies are managed and stocked.

- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and correspondence.

- Support office-related tasks, including facility management and coordinating with vendors.

3. Invoice Processing:

- Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

- Route invoices for approval according to company procedures and obtain necessary authorizations.

- Verify invoice details for completeness and accuracy.

4. Data Entry & Reporting:

- Enter invoice and benefits-related data accurately into the system.

- Update internal databases and create regular reports and presentations on employee benefits and other HR-related data.

5. Vendor and Benefits Management:

- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and benefits providers to ensure optimal employee services.

- Research and onboard vendors to support employee benefits, gifts, and insurance schemes.

6. Dispute Resolution & Record Maintenance:

- Address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to billing, employee benefits, or policies.

- Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, employee benefits, payments, and other HR transactions.

7. Payroll Support:

- Assist in payroll processing by verifying employee leaves, deductions, and benefits.

Requirements

 EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 

  - Master’s degree or above in HR, Business, Math, Finance, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:   

 - Excellent analytical abilities with confidence in analyzing large and continuous amounts of data.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Able to work effectively as part of a team.

- Proficiency in creating reports and presentations.

- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
